Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Diana Diamond Parfum collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, contact us, or place an order.

Effective and last updated: September 24, 2026

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

  • Identity and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, and account details
  • For a restock notification, your email address, the requested product variant, language preference, and the dates and delivery status associated with the request
  • Order and delivery information, such as products purchased, billing information, delivery address, and order history
  • Payment status and transaction identifiers; complete card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored by us
  • Communications, support requests, photographs, and other information you choose to send us
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, cookies, session data, and site interactions

How we use information

  • Provide accounts, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, and communicate order status
  • Store and manage a restock request and send the one-time availability notification you requested
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud, secure the site, and troubleshoot problems
  • Respond to questions, returns, and product claims
  • Maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records
  • Improve our products, services, and website
  • Send marketing only where permitted and according to the choices available to you

Consent & choices

We seek consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the purpose for which it is handled. When you submit the restock form, you ask us to store your email for that product variant and send a one-time availability message; this request does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. You may ask us to remove a pending restock request by contacting us. Information necessary to complete an order cannot generally be withdrawn while that order is being processed. Optional marketing choices can be withdrawn at any time through the method provided in the message or by contacting us.

When we disclose information

We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to service providers that support payment processing, hosted checkout, authentication, website and database hosting, communications, fraud prevention, professional advice, and delivery. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers may process information in Canada or other countries, where it can be subject to local laws. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics, cookies & local storage

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregated website traffic and performance. These services do not use third-party cookies, and we exclude account, authentication, checkout, order, and administration pages from their client-side collection. Vercel may process limited technical information, such as the visited public route, referrer, approximate location, browser, device type, and performance measurements, to provide aggregated statistics.

When Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is configured, Google receives privacy-limited page measurements under Consent Mode. Account, authentication, and administration pages are excluded. Order-detail URLs are reported only as the generic route /orders/[id], without the order identifier or query parameters. Optional shopping events, such as adding an item or beginning checkout, are sent only after you accept analytics, and never contain names, email addresses, account details, delivery addresses, or order numbers. Advertising storage, signals, and personalization are disabled by the application.

We use cookies or similar browser storage where needed for authentication, security, language preference, cart functionality, and site operation. Browser settings can block or remove these technologies, but some features may stop working correctly.

Retention & security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction & privacy questions

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where available, or ask questions about our practices. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Use the contact channels listed on our website and identify your request as a privacy request.

Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or legal obligations. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
